White chicken enchiladas

 

1lb chicken-cooked
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz salsa
3 c cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1c sour cream
1 small can of green chilies
Flour tortillas
Taco seasoning-to taste

Mix chicken, cream cheese, salsa, 2 cups of cheese, and taco seasoning to taste.

In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies, and taco seasoning to taste.

Spread a thin layer of soup mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.  Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and place seam side down.  Cover enchiladas with remainder of soup mixture and cover with cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes.
